I love me some Chipotle, but this location has it all wrong. I've placed several online orders and would arrive at the appropriate time to see my order not ready. The staff will talk over your food, touch several items with gloves on, and short you on food. This evening everything was entirely bland-- I even asked the other patrons if they thought the taste was off (they agreed).

I LOVE this place! It is so delicious! For vegetarians the guacamole is free which is great. I also just recently tried the sofrita(tofu), and it was phenomenal!

Poor service! Can't get a freaking order right. I use to come often, but the raw food such as the bloody steak and the unhygienic staff that uses the same dirty glove over and over again got to me! Not to mention the cross contamination! I orders beans, tell me why is there other things in it? Good bye!

The place was packed at 3:30 pm. There were several people like us trying to figure out the menu and ordering system. We settled for tacos, hard shell for my friend and soft shell for me. For some reason my meal was free. I think lt wAs because the cashier rang up my friend's order and swiped his credit card before I got to the cash register. The server making my soft taco didn't know how to wrap it, which held me up. The food was tepid and dry. Maybe the rush was unexpected -- it was an unlikely time to be that busy. I would give them another chance. Also, the menu seems very limited.

Two things about Chipolte's...they are always consistent and every location is loud. The staff was friendly, the tables & soda area was very clean.....in other words if the Regional Manger dropped in he would be very pleased. For a franchise that charges a premium for their product you normally won't be disappointed, and there's a lot to be said for that.

Fresh ingredients and excellent food. The staff was friendly and efficient. The place was clean from the tables to refreshment area. Was packed when we arrived, ordered and was eating our meals in less than 10 minutes. We always get a burrito bowl. So filling and get more than a burrito.

On a roadtrip from Jacksonville to Miami, my brother ordered me to search for a chipotle on our way south. This chipotle is the IDEAL stop of that roadtrip. 4 hours in 2 hours to go, CHIPOTLE TIME! Had a burrito and craved for more. Meanwhile, my brother went to the bathroom.... I left my keys and cel phone on the table next to the line and didn't bother looking back to check if it was safe. Yes, the place had other customers, yes I was aware of how stupid that move is... (I didn't have pockets). but WHY? because chipotle is that good. SO GOOD that people come in here and there nose takes over, not money. And they are so hungry for good food that a cel phone means bad food. ...or something like that. Anyways, ideal roadtrip stop and clever 1 stall bathroom for those #2 calls and prefer privacy. Big and clean. Do it!!

Thought I reviewed this already but I guess not. It's one of my favorite chain type restaurants, actually it might be my favorite. Very good organic and tastes GREAT! The interior is very clean and industrial. Sometimes the line gets long so be prepared to wait, but it's well worth it! It's cheap for what you get. Around the $10 area. I normally get the burrito bowl because I prefer using a fork then my hands. Their burritos are HUGE, so get ready. Just talking about it makes me want to get some...no longer want and now I'm going!!!

I travel for work and normally chipotle is one of my favorites. Not this time!!! The service was the worst. The portions were tiny. Everyone in ear shot was complaining and asking would you please put more of xxx on my order. The woman next to me asked how much for more meat and was told $2 she agreed and the put less than half a spoon of chicken (5-7 small chunks). They separated part of my order then proceeded to tell me I was holding up the line as my item sat in the line with all the food items behind me just being passed around it. The kid at the end practly threw a drink cup at when I told him that I was drinking water then the cashier charged me for a soda anyway and chastised me for his mistake. I was so fed up at this point after 20 minutes in line I told him that he could just keep the whole order and I went to 5 Guys and had great service and good food. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else as did at least 6 people who were waiting in the line with me also did.

Amazingly consistent. This place is proof that when you have something that works, don't go looking to reinvent the wheel to make more profit. The menu is simple and that allows for nothing short than tunnel vision to make sure it's done to perfection. Every time I eat here it's like a copy paste experience, which is fantastic! Everything is so fresh, and such high quality you can taste it and see it. The staff is efficient and has always been pleasant.

Service can be hit or miss, but the place is clean. There tends to be a bit of a wait to order. I'd recommend this Chipotle over Moe's which is across the street. SN - I don't like that places like this feel the need to charge extra for guacamole (25% of the burrito price)

I am not a huge fan, my partner dislikes them from way back. (He used to live near one in another city many moons ago.) I gave their Burrito Bowl a try minus the rice, I am allergic to rice and try to limit my intake to must haves such as Sushi. It was very tasty! The honey-vinegrette was delicious. I will, no doubt, do this menu choice again. Who knows maybe they will grow on me more, due to this recent meal discovery.

I'm a vegetarian so what I really like about this place is that they have vegetarian beans. Not all are, some places have lard in their refried beans. Generous portions, I couldn't eat it all. Great place!!

The best and most taste food in St Lucie West. The only downside is the ambiant noise inside the restaurant. It is my wife and mines favorite fast food style restaurant. Never a bad meal. Very clean and friendly staff.
